End-User License Agreement

Plain summary: you’re buying a personal, lifetime license to use pview for the v1.x line. You own your data; the software is provided as-is.
License grant
A paid license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use pview for the v1.x release line. The free tier may be used without purchase, subject to its library limit.
Your data
Your library, files, and metadata are yours. pview operates locally and does not claim any rights over the content you manage with it.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software except as permitted by law, and you may not remove license or copyright notices.
Third-party components
pview includes open-source components under their own licenses — see Third-party licenses.
Warranty & liability
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from its use. Always keep backups of important files.
Purchases & terms
Licenses are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
