14-day refunds
If you’re not happy with pview, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you — no interrogation required. Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.
Try before you buy
The free tier is fully functional up to 200 videos, so you can confirm pview works on your system and library before purchasing.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your order ID (from your purchase receipt) and we’ll take care of it. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle using the link on your receipt.
